Atlanta 94 question
At one point, I think after W.M.A., Ed says: "Tomorrow morning look in your history books and figure out why it's important...tomorrow morning."
Anyone know the significance?
(hoping it's not something blatently obvious and now I look like a huge jack ass for not knowing.)

no, its MLK. doubt ed would reference religion...
Blessed be Eddie for reminding us all of the true meaning of Easter.
Actually, when they returned to Atlanta in 1998, Ed reminded everyone how they had played the Fox Theatre shows on Easter weekend in '94.
He said something to the effect of "that's when I actually believed in God." I'd have to listen to the '98 show again to confirm.

"This is a new song, but it was written a long time ago......dedicated to the bastard that married my momma" - EV
For me the best bit is when he sings Satan's Bed lyrics at the end of Rats "Torture then reward, follwed by torture, follows reward, I'm already in love, love, love..." Think I got that right anyway. Ah...it's all good, one of their great shows for sure.

the dissident single was 3 discs, and was most of the show...not the whole thing...maybe like 2/3.
It was most likely something someone threw together but I'm not sure because this was before the days of CD burners

ok, no idea then...likely a bootleg of some sort. good show either way...that whole '94 tour is basically just SICK
I think i got my taped copy of the show from a guy who had the whole show on disc he got as a japanese import? It was hard to get a hold of and weren't many made....but, that was a looonggg time ago, so I'm prob wrong.....
