    It's been freezing up here lately too. Frost on the roof, frozen plants, etc.

    It should be warmer tomorrow though. It was okay today.

    my neighbor asked me what my plans are for new year's eve? i told her 'sit here by myself & drink a bottle of champagne 'til i pass out an hour or two later.... just like i always do'

    she thought i meant that i do this every night of the year :? :lol:

    now i'm thinking while it's not so much a plan as it is habit....it's a once yearly habit...so is it really a habit? or has it become tradition? :|

    god i remember that summer as if it were yesterday
    so naive and child-like and hopeful
    and living in the moment
    wow, the memories
    i remember walking the 3 miles home from high school rather than taking the bus
    just so i could listen to neil
    oh, and the grateful dead
    on my long walk
    since it wasn't overly appreciated in the house :)
