    take lots of zinc- at least 200 milligrams a day and step up your vit c to 150
    it really helps- lots of water too

    I think I may have to quit the one job.... even though the perks are good. Opening at 5am at the one job is making me too tired to give 100% at the other. :? It all seemed so good in theory. Damn I'm tired.

    my instant thought came yesterday really-
    my hummingbirds are getting ready to head very south- they are little miracles.
    I watched him at the feeder - so plump flying a fraction of the speed of when he arrived lean in April
    I take a mental picture of him sitting there gorging because next week he'll be a memory but
    next spring he will arrive again
    its this constant I love in nature
