I never worked with Photoshop before..yeah..more knowledge wouldn't hurt.. but it was fun..
I dig the first one!...brains as tape from cassette right??..and that vinyl player as that thing we have in ear,eh?!..NICE. Third one has a great concept but something lacks..
Love the idea aslo here! I think I saw this hand with hand-fingers on a PJ poster before..or somewhere but I like what you did with letters P and J!
Most detail perfect in my oppinion is the poster from nickname URthekey!

I had some really "primitive" programes on my computer for drawing but as soon as the contest came out I thought okay that's a great opportunity to get to know this Photoshop thing that I've heard about. It really is a great software (still I think I've used about 5% of what it offers. I struggled a lot (don't really quite understand "Layers") but ok..I've managed to do something(some online tutorials helped a bit too)..If someone who knows this programe would observe me..I think he/she would have laughed hard at some of my moves. I bet there are quicker ways to do things that I did. My way was trial and error and some things that appeared or disapeared I still don't know how to explain.
It says Pearl Jam on the cassette..if that sentence was reffering to me.

Have a problem. Working on a poster. But I don't know what type of text top use. Should it be incoorporated into the design or not. So here are two versions, what works best? (the poster is not finished but yeah I think you get the point)

I really love the rain idea... very cool. I like the contrasting red letters but I find a poster somewhat more appealing when you have to work a bit to "read" Pearl Jam in it somewhere. Maybe some puddles on the bottom or something a bit more with the run off...

keep in mind some people may have done theirs by hand and dont have a scanner on hand large enough to scan 11x17 to post it... plus like you said theres lots that dont post or post on red mosquito, BRY, etc... anyone check to see if theres other entries on those sites? i dont find them easy to navigate so i wont waste my time...
