Wow so many beautiful pics this morning and I am celebrating bc I AM GOING TO TULSA!!!! Bought everything last night! My seat is center-right of stage on the floor about half-way back. I am in a state of disbelief. I can't believe I'm going to see eddie vedder!!! Ahhhhhhh!! :shock:

As I approach hour 4 of waiting in line for gas, this thread has kept me pleasantly entertained

This gas thing reminded me of how it was here some 25 years ago, or more… There were always fuel shortages so a law was enforced by which it was allowed that only vehicles with even numbers on their plates could drive on even dates, and vehicles with odd numbers on odd dates. Crazy. Still, the fuel shortages were easier to bear than coffee shortages!

It is crazy... We have a business that has no power yet. We need to get up and running as much as possible and are on generator. We need gas to run the generator. Everywhere you look there are gas stations with lines of cars and lines if people standing holding gas cans. People are even lined up at gas stations that have no gas just waiting for the tanker to arrive to restock. Police at every gas station to keep the peace.

And yeah, I'm on line now for almost 7 hours, the station hasn't gotten a delivery yet. People have been pretty civil though. No cops here yet. They'll probably come once the tanker gets here. One guy that was leaving said he is having the gas station attendant call him when a delivery is made and he'll just cut the line. Yeah, good luck with that, idiot. The cops won't care who called him, he'll get sent to the back of the line.

Wow, that's totally crazy. PHX had some kind of pipeline problem a few years back and there was a threat of not having gas. We didn't even run out. It was CHAOS in a few places. Hope everyone there keeps things under control.
On an unrelated note, would it be weird if I just left for the show now? This day is going by soooo slowly!!!!
