I think you will find that they are more in their forties and at least the two next to eddie, probably in their early-mid forties....

Oh come on .. the woman on Ed's right who he has his arm around only looks about 45 - 50. The woman in the middle looks the same age. The blonde woman on the other end is probably aged 50 - 55.

You know what perplexes me is in some interviews (like the Youtube behind the scenes with the Rolling Stones in 2005) Eddie sounds like he's stoned or not too bright. Then you see him in interviews from 2006 and he sounds thoughtful, intelligent, he just sounds different, a deeper mature voice. It's just strikes me as odd. He obviously is so proud of his daughter, seeing him hold her backstage...aw, cute!
