could do that. It takes forever to type things out on
my phone, the library computers only have a one hour
time limit, and this story is like ten pages long, front
AND back! I really need my own computer!! I thought

So the problem is that you don't have it in digital format, only on paper, if I understand it correctly? Maybe you can take photos of the pages with your phone and send it as jpg files?

Could you type your story online and type what you can, then the next time you have access to a computer you could just login and continue typing. Then you can take as long as you like .
Do you have an account with google? You could create a document on "google documents / google drive" and then you could type as much as you can and save the file so you can continue typing next time you go on the internet.
