I think that might work well. This way you don't have to worry about forgetting to say something specific or anything like that.

Its weird because I'm not shy talking about it,but yet I don't really because I think it seems like I'm looking for sympoathy or something becasue I'm not,its odd but I never saw it as a bad thing,even with all the BS associated with it becasue it made me so strong in the end....Glad to hear it has helped you get through tough times too,of course the music helped us,but mostly we got through really because we are awesome!!
