Hey I was wondering, what is a Vinyl of TEN worth? Unopened.
And much as some idiot will pay for it.
For instance, and Avocado LPs were going for $69.99-$89.99 on Amazon the last time I looked. I have no idea how few of those exsist compared to Ten but...
If I could turn my records around for 5 times what I paid for them... well if I was in the buisness of selling my soul... it makes me regret not buying a copy of Benaroya or Rearviewmirror.

I just saw the Pearl Jam LP in my local indie record store for about $20 last week. No way anyone should be paying more than $60.00 for that. Hell, if you'd reimburse me and pay the shipping, I'd buy the record for you and send it on its way.
Down with vinyl greed.

i am not sure if ownership of the epic masters reverted back to the band upon expiration of their deal, so the choice to re-release on vinyl may involve others besides the band.

Well, I'd don't think Sony would turn down a buck

Please!!! For the vinly freaks w/out deep pockets. Keep up with the demand & repress the studio albums. I can't & won't pay $100+ for a PJ album on ebay. Now I know this may affend some "collectors" but I'm only asking for their studio albums, there are plenty of other rare vinlys out there.
So if your with me please sign below (& if your not please keep it to yourself )
If you don't want to pay your hard earned cash for something (in this case vinyl), then spend somebody elses. Sell some things that you have that you don't care that much about. For example, you could sell a couple posters or bootlegs you have lying around that will never get framed (or listened to) and buy that rare record with the proceeds. Everyone wins in this case because you unloaded something that you were indifferent about in exchange for something you REALLY want.

Yeah, I'm in! My first vinyl was Love, Reign O'er Me and it just felt so good to play and listen to.
I'd buy all the albums if they came back up on the goods section.
I don't get why PJ vinyl is so limited. Surely PJ is a big enough band and everybody has heard their music. I listen to lot of metal too and I understand why sometimes limited vinyl makes sense in the metal scene, but surely, 15-16 years on, Pearl Jam is a big enough band to sell vinyl records in the millions. I just paid 70 NZD for a Yield vinyl, simply because there aren't that many this side of the world to go around, and the cost to ship shit bought on ebay from the US is ridiculous.

They could package all the Epic albums together in a box set like they did with AC/DC.
