Please re-press the studio vinly petition!!!

Please!!! For the vinyl freaks w/out deep pockets. Keep up with the demand & repress the studio albums. I can't & won't pay $100+ for a PJ album on ebay. Now I know this may affend some "collectors" but I'm only asking for their studio albums, there are plenty of other rare vinyls out there.
So if your with me please sign below (& if your not please keep it to yourself ;) )

i can't order stuff from the goods section since i don't have a creditcard, but i'll sign anyway, simply for the gesture :)
i'd love to get my hands on some more PJ vinyl - especially for a fair price.

Tell me you at least have one of each open and played. Or else to me it is quite the waste.

I think it's ridiculous, I own every studio album apart from Binaural on vinyl, yet if i want it I have to pay some over the top price.

So I say yes to the reissues, I don't buy vinyl to be collectable and make loads of money, I buy it so I can play it not hang it on the wall, I do sell some of my vinyl but the fact someone can get ridiculous amounts for this and those who buy it and don't play it well their just plain annoying.

Depriving those who want some analogue instead of digital for sake of saying I've got that is just waste ful, bring on the reisuues it will teach those who try to profit out of us fans.

While we're on the subject, those who sell Roger Waters Amused to Death on vinyl for exorbitant prices and deprive fans because they can't afford it are as bad as ticket touts.

Thats simply ridiculous, again another person looking to make a killing at some point.

Vinyl not for show it's for playing.

    God you make me sick.

I was thinking the same thing. I own one copy of each vinyl... and they are mine to keep... along with the Led Zeppelin I and Beatles White Album I bought with my paper route money.
To me... the photo reminds me of gluttony... hoarding. I understand collecting... but cornering the market... for what? The value to me is in the music, not the current market price.
Flood the market with vinyl and get the prices down to $2.99... the People's Price and put the speculators out of business.

well - i just finally completed my collection - found a no code - and i gotta say, the re issues would have been nice, but even as a student i had no problem getting a hold of each album - sure they were expensive, put PJ is my passion - no one breaks the bank on 100 dollars, so what's the issue. i sense a jealousy. they are collectors items, and it's cool like that - from my understanding ten, vs, and vitalogy have had re-releases anyway, - if you want the others step up and buy them, i'm not keeping these records to sell or anything, but i don't see why my records should lose their worth just because some people here passed up their chainces to get these records, or don't want to spend 60 bucks [which i spend on beer over the weekend anyway!]

How would your albums lose their worth if you are never planning on selling them? The value is in the sentiment, right? Or is it the monetary worth?
    ...
Example... I bought 2 Benroya LPs when they popped up... one for me... one to give to my minimalist Pearl Jam friend who has nothing to do with computers. Personally... I really don't care what someone else is willing to pay because I'm not selling. It's like my autographed tamborine... I am never selling them for any price.
Yeah... when I croak... My heirs aren't getting the records I've collected... they'll just sell them on EBay because Pearl Jam means nothing to them. I'm passing them over to the people I go to the gigs with.

    Why be such an asshole?

I could make a killing selling my PJ collection, my boots and my LPs are probably "worth" 3 times what I paid for them. Not happening.

I wish they'd re-release No Code and Binaural, those are the one's I need. I think 10, vs. and Vitalogy are fairly common, I bought them off of e-bay for like $15 a pop a few years ago.
