can anyone confirm that this site is legitimate???

The Boston Phoenix is pretty legit. It's weekly and I read the print version every week. Owned by the same group that owns WFNX radio in Boston, as well. They wouldn't print it if it wasn't true.

Maybe this explains why Eddie didn't play any ITW on this East Coast tour? Also, the website is legit it is for a local Boston-area paper called The Boston Phoenix.

this is either bs or there will be no 10c tickets because how can the 10c do ticketing if the public on sale is 7/11?

Easy all they have to do is announce before then - usually only a day or two between announcement and 10c ticket sales.....they could announce as late as a weelkfrom today with tickets on sale the next day.

neither of ur points seem right. it's definitely not bs.....the phoenix wouldn't make stuff up without a valid source, and yes, 10c could do ticketing. they didn't give us too much advanced notice with the PJ tour back in March.

i guess, but it just doesn't seem likely seeing as we're on the eve of a holiday weekend, which will leave a mere few days to get this done.

The Opera House in Boston is not general admission either. It's a really nice venue and really small (2500 people). If this is true, tickets will be extremely hard to come by. I bet 10c does some sort of lottery for tickets. There's no way they can guarantee tix for all 10c members at these shows...

Hopefully, the Phoenix is right this time - they have posted false information before...

Could have, but I don't know how you'd mess up July 1st and October 12th. Especially when you're charging $1830 per ticket. I would think you'd want to make sure the date was right.

Isnt Massey Hall like 3000 seat capacity? Pretty sure that's bigger than most of the venues Ed played out west...certainly looks bigger than The Center in Vancouver.

hmmmm, my local radio station in Philly, WMMR said that there will be an announcement tomorrow at 10:30...wonder if it could be related...they were talking about PJ around the same time. Would be nice but maybe wishful thinking.

I'd say it's pretty likely that's what they're talking about.
