I think I like LZ more than Pearl Jam. :horror: If there was a LZ message board, I would post it there and not here.

So Robert Plant has done better with Strange Sensation?
mighty rearranger is such a brilliant album!!!!!!
the man almost got better with old age

why do you say 'almost'?
I ask with sincerity, I'm not being a smart-ass.
Do Pearl Jam fans hate Led Zeppelin or something? I started a thread a while back about the Stones... that one had a positive reaction. I would assume LZ would be met with the same enthusiasm?? I assume...
Their new web site is up and there is a forum.
Knock yourself out!!

I thought itw was something from a new band. When my firend told me it was Plant's solo album, I was very impressed.

but you like Blind Melon and AIC...
i rest my case.
plus you're very young.... you'll learn eventually... all of the bands you like owe a debt to Led Zep.

I think Physical Graffiti is their best album. It's so fucking diverse, yet still totally cohesive. A double album with very little filler.
Take them.
I'd give my left nut for those tickets.

I am thinking about it, but it would mean taking time from work, travelling to london, accomodation for the night plus the price of the tickets on top of that. It's all very short notice.

You should like Zeppelin more than Pearl Jam.
To me, there is Led Zeppelin and The Beatles. And then there is Pearl Jam. In that order. When Pearl Jam retires (and only then) will they reach the legendary status (in my mind) that Led Zeppelin & The Beatles enjoy. And that is fine, because to me there is a still playing category and a not playing anymore category. PJ is at the very top of the still playing category and LZ and the Beatles are at the very top of the not playing anymore category.
No, this reunion tour of Zeppelin's does not change the category they are in.
and sorry if this was already posted http://news.yahoo.com/s/launch/20071121/en_launch/52007696
"However, speaking about their reunion on December 10, guitarist Jimmy Page has revealed the band will play one of their songs live for the first time ever."
say whaaaaa??
*passing out* THUD!
