Does Accept or Wasp count as metal? If so they were quite ridiculous.

The band you are referring to was one of those Norwegian Black Metal groups. Not WASP (they are from LA, and frontman Blackie Lawless was in a band called London with the Crue's Nikki Sixx before the Crue or WASP).

I believe the documentary you are referring to was "Heavy: A Headbanger's Journey." I own the DVD. :)

  • Mayhem was the Norwegian death metal band where the drummer made a necklace out of the skull fragments of their dead singer. Check out their bio on All Music. It's quite disturbing.

The official rank of ALL METAL

#1) KYUSS, a band which will probably never be surpassed by anyone ever due to the fact that Kyuss simply rocks too much face.

#2) The Sword, a band which rocks amazing amounts of ass and the members of which probably get a lot of pussy for being so hardcore.

#3) Mayhem, because they mean business, dammit.

#4-#11,204) All your other lamedick bands

    ...

    #11,205) Metallica
