All hair metal, emo and pop-punk bands. except Blink 182 who were catchy if a little lame

the two bands I hate the absolute most are the Dave Matthews Band and Bright Eyes. I also hate pretty much all heavy metal, rap, emo shit....pretty much everything that gets played on today's hip radio stations.

    I'm an indie snob.

Does "James Blunt" count as a band??? Ya know, that guy that sings "you're
beautiful". OH, and also that band that sings "drops of jupiter". The first time i heard that song i thought it was a tenacious D parody. The list goes on and on and on, but in the interst of saving you folks alot of time i will try to narrow it down to genre.
Nu metal - all of it
    Emo - all of it
Pop punk - all of it
alterna radio grunge - all of it.
And all of those "modern rock" radio heavy hitters that just sound like shitty pearl jam cover bands a la ten. I don't even have enough time of day to list them all. You all know who they are.
  • Spinal Tap?

    Are you fucking stupid?

I'm amazed/worried/scared that no one has mentioned *artists* such as the Spice Girls, Backstreet Boys or Westlife yet and also the king of all arseholes Robbie Williams.
Can not be arsed with life no more.

i love the pixies to death and i have to agree with this.

All those anti-Sonic Youth people out there can go shove it. (same for anti-Radiohead jerks).

Besides the obvious Simple Plans, Yellowcards, Good Charlotte's, and the Simpson sisters...

    Tool
    Jack Johnson
    James Blunt
    Robbie Williams

and all the talentless bands that hind behind the low-fi indie rock genre.
The less you know, the more you believe.
