Both shows were sold out shortly after 10am... as soon as I saw the second night go on sale it was basically sold out! I managed to get one ticket via phone."The bottom line is that when we all plug in, Eddie can make us dance and play like little molecules bouncing off the wall. And, for whatever reason, we can make him feel like singing."

Major bummer...It's Fri. 2/22, I tried to get through ticketmaster online and was checking at 10am...at the moment it opened, but wasn't able to get through. I tried for about a half an hour continually entering those stupid passwords which are supposed to prevent scalpers and ticketbrokers from hogging all the tickets. It's supposed to stop people from abusing the system with automated dialing, but somehow the brokers get around it.
Also tried calling ticketmaster but the lines were not working, just got an automatic reply saying to try again later. Went down to a retail outlet nearby and found that EV show was sold out, within an hour! But if you check online, the brokers are already selling the tickets for about double the cost! It pisses me off that these ticket brokers are monopolizing the sales. Anyway, just wanted to vent... gone are the days of camping overnight outside box offices...at least it used to be fair back in the day.0 -
Were any tickets even released
I was at a tm outlet and they were gone in seconds, before anyone could get anything.
Anyways, anyone have an extra for any show? I'm an awesome cook and I'll make you lots of amazing food!I have posters too that I will give you.
Congrats to those who got tix!! Hail hail the lucky ones0 -
I'm desperate for a ticket for any San Diego gig Berkeley or the LA Show on the 12th.....
Please please, as i'm coming all over from France0 -
Eddie Vedder is touring solo? Cool..'I want to hurry home to you
put on a slow, dumb show for you
and crack you up
so you can put a blue ribbon on my brain
god I'm very, very frightening
and I'll overdo it'0 -
there are now more than 210 postings for tix on stooopid fleabay - and most are pairs - so at least 400 tickets already being sold, not counting the ones already sold - around 100+ pairs, a few singles.
I guess this is where all the tickets go, and not to a lot of fansPreviously known as Elzar0 -

I assumed this was a joke. Alphabetical is not random.0 -

random in the sense a ticket purchaser/holder would have no way of knowing where his/her seats would be located. since it's impossible to predict the order of last names on the list, your spot on the list is very much left to luckTo quote the 10C from Newsletter #8: "Please understand we have a lot of members and it is very hard to please everybody. If you are one of those unhappy people...please call 1-900-IDN-TCAR."

I managed to get one seat for Santa Cruz through the Ticketmaster sale today (online), no trouble. It's in section M, looks like a pretty decent seat.Eric0

That has to be the April Fools part.
I really think the April Fools part will be a last-minute EV show in SEATTLE on the actual April Fools day of 4/1. I mean come on how could he skip SEATTLE the day before the Vancouver shows???0 -

That's still not, technically, random. If my last name begins with an R, I do not have the same statistical chance of getting the best two seats. This means its not random.0 -

That makes a lot of sense. PJ is notorious for adding shows after the first announcement....
I sure hope I win the bid for the tickets so I can go! No luck on TM.Chris
It's nice in the desert....please play here PJ!0 -
