    had all my info in
    and it said an unexpected error has occured
    and went to try again and it says out of stock
    WTF!!!!!!

    At 12:02 I got "temporarily out of stock" for Santa Cruz tickets. I reloaded a few times and it said the same thing or didn't load. I'm still trying. Because I can't believe they sold out that fast!

    I didn't even get a chance to access the site. I had it up, hit refresh before noon, and it said site unavailable. Still stuck there. I don't know how you guys even got to it. I need to know more about this internet/computer stuff.

    But I've checked on my bank account and the payment is pending, so I think it passed. No way to check on my profile to be sure ...

    for those that get an error screen after putting in your cc information and clicking forward, I think you got tickets- , I got pending charge for a pair
    so I hope I got some, I cant check my profile

    Just tell me how I obviously had secured a pair because it was proccessing.
    And I was on step 3 of 3. And 10c alreay has all my info in thier log cause I didnt have to put in my adress or anything. And now Im screwed.
    So do I wait for the ticketmaster sale?
    Do any of us get an answer?
    How does anyone get a ticket?

    what if you just had them in your cart... when you log back in are there chances they will still be there?

    omg!!! i have a pair of tickets in my cart and everytime i hit continue after i enter my cc info the page freezes. when i refresh the page i get an error message. i hope that those tickets are still in my cart!!! ugh!!!

    I just spoke with my credit card company, and they told me that there is a pending charge for the price of the tickets on the card right now. Hopefully that means that the transaction went through okay...

    yep...startred at 9:59 - hitting refresh - option to buy came up at 10:01, took to 10:04 for the next screen - temporarily out of stock...

    damnit...

    the site has been "temporarily down" since that last screen .... how long do I keep trying? I suspect tickets are gone by now

    The site is back up now...sort of. It's slow. I'm not sure if I should keep trying for tickets, or if that would screw up the tickets that I may or may not have bought 30 minutes ago.
