    While they do suck, Something Like Human by Fuel was a good record.

    DMB sucks, RHCP suck, Audioslave sucks, Live sucks!!!!, Slipknot sucks, Staind sucks, Fuel sucks, Blind Melon sucks, Candlebox sucks etc etc etc .....on a personal opinion sort of level

    There is a thread 4-5 down that says "Top Ten Bands That Suck". This just the same damn thing. When one person says a band sucks there is going to be someone that says they dont.

    Thats my point exactly - this board has introduced me to so many good bands (Neutral Milk Hotel, the Decemberists, a Grandaddy CD I have never heard etc etc etc)....but so much focus is on the "They Suck"..."No They Dont Suck" gradeschool crap. When I first started on this board I had fun voicing my negative opinion (ALOT of people on this board have suprisingly shitty/old taste in music - IMO) and now I realize its all a waste of time and effort

    Slipknot really REALLY suck.

    Not Live tho! - saw 'Live' live for the 2nd time earlier this year and they were fantastic. Such a difficult one tho, taste in music. There are a lot of bands I'm not keen on, but then they've got a couple of top songs. I bet a lot of you Live-loathers like 'I Alone'...

    You OWE it to yourself to check out Soup and Nico...really. They both slay the self-titled one. Soup is an amazing rock album...Nico an amazing unplugged type album.

    Shinedown. Many people wrote-off this band after hearing one weak cover song, when in fact, they are one of the better bands to come out in recent years. "Heroes" is probably my favorite song of the moment.

    Fall Out Boy and My Chemical Romance get a lot of shit around here and I'd just like to add that they totally deserve it.:)

    I suppose Audioslave and the Chilis are bands that gets a lot of shit round here that I can think of that I like, come to think of it I've seen QOTSA get some stick as well, and I like them also.
    Still I respect the opinions of others even if they differ from mine.;)

    Blind Melon sucks?!!?! I agree with you about all of the other bands, but the Blind Melon sucks comment baffels me, they were incredible...have you atleast listened to Soup and Nico?!?! If not then your comment on a personal opinon sort of level means shite all. If you've listened to all Blind Melon's albums then I guess we'll have to agree to disagree, but I don't think they're too far removed from what PJ does. I do, however, challenge anyone to show me a better written song then "Mouthful of Cavities", and that includes any PJ songs.

    LIVE does not suck...

    Another one of my favorite bands - that you all will say sucks - but I've stuck with them and still enjoy their music and think they are talented songwriters:

    Seven Mary Three

    Somehow being "grunge also-rans" makes them completely invalid to most of you, instead of seeing their work as its own, excellent thing...
