    I have always thought that they SUCKED ASS

    Get over it......most people don't care how many records a band sells, if they don't like the band, they don't like them.........and I really don't like that band.

    dude the red hot chili peppers have pretty much always ate balls. At least for the past decade and a bit anyways. Their best song wasn't even released on one of their albums, for christ's sake.

    I wholeheartedly support the list above.

    Audioslave could be at the same stature as the Mountain Goats and I'd still fucking hate them. In fact, it pains me to include them in the same sentence

    What a fucking miserable thread....BTW (no pun intended) RHCP are one of the greatest rock bands of all time.
    Once in a while you can get shown the light, in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

    in my opinion putting bands like Foo Fighters, RHCP, and Nirvana on a list like this is a flat out joke. think of all the bad bands out there. all the hair metal bands. all the emo bands. Creed.

    all these bands have done a lot of great stuff over the years...sure they might have a couple dodgy efforts, but most bands do!

    At least Audioslave is a no bullshit band which doesn't attempt pretentios 'art ' rock like most of the indie bands (i.e you don't require 20 listens to force yourself to like the album).
