    I can say that I honestly think the Deftones are one of the most brilliant bands that have ever been around. It's unusual to think of a pseudo-metal band like that, but the Deftones' experimental blend of metal, rock, atmospheric soundscapes, singing, rapping, screaming has no rival.....their music has it all. Nothing even remotely close to them has ever come before them or come since. Their fresh and unique take on music stands alone. Simply one of my absolute favorite bands.

    I can understand why some (many) people don't like them. They don't write the kind of songs that are easily accessible and catchy. You have to accept certain premises with the Deftones that you don't have to with other bands.

    old skool. best fucking song. ive seen the deftones prob like 20 times. the last like 6 times ive met at least one if not all of them. i ask them to play this everytime. and guess what??? nope.
