walnut creek amphitheater is in raleigh. they do have festivals there, but it's your standard 20,000 seat amphitheater. we (north carolina) had a vfc show in asheville in 04.
in all fairness, they had a date held at walnut creek in 06, too, but it was removed early in the season...

The waiting drove me mad, but I am thankful at least for the opportunity to see the guys at Bonnaroo....I was reluctant but finally caved after I realized what an idiot I would be to skip it after all my bitching.
That said, I'm still hopeful for a good and proper southern tour, but, DAMN, us poor folks can only afford so much! All I need is a memphis show, that's all I want....and maybe little rock....and, what the hell, throw in new orleans....and while you're at it, let's see birmingham
