Does anybody like british rock?

During the 90's it wasn't just grunge on the airwaves, they were good bands in britain too, such as terrorvision, wildhearts, radiohead etc.

    i really like radiohead, used to love wildhearts, especialyl their album P.H.U.Q - joensing was jones for example was a brilliant song

    oasis is grand. i used to be big into the whole britpop thing... suede, the charlatans, boo radleys, kula shaker (that guy was nuts)... anymore the only holdover really is ocean colour scene.

    My favourite bands from around the time were and are OCean Colour Scene( brillant underrated band) Oasis, the verve, supergrass , kula shaker , Manic Street peachers , super furry animals and Radiohead up to Ok Computer

    apart from Oasis who suck balls.

    Best music at the minute is from Britain:

    Arctic Monkeys, Supergrass, Gorillaz, Kaiser Cheifs, Editors, Bloc Party....

    ....and 2006 sees the return of the beloved MORRISSEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    british rock goes back a helluva lot further than that. the who anyone?......rolling stones....pink floyd. hell, let's touch upon progressive rock of the 70s....genesis....yes........etc. there is LOTS of great british rock to love and admire. :)

    i would only reccomend the rakes to a garden personally, i think they are poo, but Artic Monkeys are good, and we are scientists aren't bad either
