I'd like to start off to say that I was lucky enough to get 10c tickets for MSG2 and 10c presale for MSG1 with section 128 row D
Reading other threads, people who got in just 30-90 seconds after me, got stuck in the 300s. Does that mean that all the seats up to the 300s are sold out? The place holds 20,000 people, if you factor every seat except the 400s, thats around 15-16,000. Which brings up another point, the 400's aren't even shown on the ticketmaster site for a price, will the 400s be sold? I guess we have to wait until the general sale.
I can't see ticketmaster not taking any seats in the 100s or 200s for their sale, so I'm guessing theres a limited amount of tickets in those sections and then some in the 300s and 400s.
10,000+ stong at MSG!

that has to be what's up. a limited amount of 100 level seats and then shitty 300 level seats to the back and sides of the stage that will not be sold to casual fans int he public onsale. if so, it sucks ass.
I just hope all 10C'ers got tickets who wanted.
I got mine in section 309.... could've gotten nothing though.
anyone who thinks that those shitty 300 level seats were "the next best seats available" is wrong....
Till there aint nothing left worth taking away from me.....
Till there aint nothing left worth taking away from me.....
I started refreshing 5 minutes before the tickets went on sale and I got 309 first and then had to take 314 (I was buying a single). If it is true that the building will be full of fanclub members, I'm ecstatic. If all the seats up to the 300s went on sale today and people scalped, I would like to say fuck you to all those who disseminated the password. If it turns out that 100s come up on Friday I just don't understand why 10c would say these tickets would be the best behind 10c and screwed over their own fanclub members.
Having said all of this, I am very thankful a board angel hooked me up with a 10c spare for night two and that I will be in the building for night one.
Good luck to all those trying on Friday, even if you pull up floor tickets I'll try to be happy for you

yeah but i think i'd rather have 300 level on topof stage which is what i got (330) than 100 level all the way in the back.

Last time around I was in the 5th row. That was before they did this lottery crap for the first 2 rows. So I'm expecting to be pushed back to 7th row. My number is 73XXX. I'm guessing you'll be around the 8th to 9th row.

There we some who got the 200s...but the 400s arent even listed on the price
I know about the 10% crap, but I don't think that is true in pearl jam's instance...if pearl jam wants to put a certain amount of 10c tickets in any venue, TM will give it to them because of 1994, they don't wanna deal with PJ again....thats my feeling
If all the floor is out, the side stages of 100s and 200s are out...then theres ATLEAST 6-7,000
Dude... I'd be glad if only the friends of Isaiah Tomas were before me. That would seat me first row center. Unless his mom is still alive.
you don't deserve tickets through tickemaster the way you ripped them before, you are such a hippocrit loser
Throughout the entire Madison Square Garden Arena, every 200 section in MSG has only 6 or 7 rows . These are limited in relation to the other sections.
id like to know where people are getting these numbers from. ( other threads also )
did 10C announce these figures and i just missed it ?

Excellent article all should read
It really puts it all into perspective.
Im in sec 96 row H night two see ya there.
I hope to do much better than that this time around as they said the fan club tix were limited and just from what people have been getting out of the TM pre-sale.
I tried the TM pre-sale to see what I would get and put in for one and came up with section 40... lower far corner of the stage... Ugh...

Hi.
I missed out on the 10c sale, so I had to log in to ticketmaster today because I NEEDED a ticket and INTENDED to buy it. I came up with section 314. It's three levels up, partly behind the stage... Ugh...
had it not been for the idiots trying the presale to see what they would get I might have ended up with section 40, which I would have not ughed at.
Ugh.
Very well reasoned and communicated...
so can we say that if the 10% rule holds and if there are approx 50 seats across rows 1, 2, 9 and 10 that's 200 tickets or 100 pairs, then you have a 100/1000 shot at getting upgraded by the 10 club. Then not counting those who would normally be in rows 3 to 8, or another 300 tix or 150 pairs we can say then the chance of upgrading from outside the 10th row is even better than that... So it's really like 1/100 chance for rows 1 and 2 and then 1 out of 16 chance to get upgrade to rows 9 and 10 if you're outside that range...
Did I do that right? I'm tired and this made my brain hurt...
edit: Just checked this seating chart and the floor rows only have 44 seats per row... So the odds are a tiny bit longer...
