I'm listing the following albums in addition to Tool's Lateralus simply because I'm shocked none of them have been mentioned. These are all truly great albums from artists who were at the top of their game when they were released:

    Daft Punk - Discovery
Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Fever To Tell
    Dredg - Leitmotif
    Isis - Panopticon
    Tricky - Vulnerable

    cuz Guero was WAY better!!

Don't get me wrong, I loved Guero as well, but the songs from Sea Change have more of a lasting effect on me; Guero was more instant gratification.

I think Sea Change blows Guero out of the water in every way imagineable.

  • Yeah,...I hate Taking Back Sunday. That was probably the WORST show (I'm not exagerating - it literally was the worst) I have ever seen in my life. Just God awful in every way. Went with a friend who loved them.

Yeah, I love Taking Back Sunday. I really like the first album and Where You Want To Be. I saw them not too long ago at a festival, pretty sweet. Their performance was probably one of my favorite of the weekend.

I actually really like Taking Back Sunday and enjoyed seeing them live. They aren't one of my favorite bands, and I wouldn't list any of their albums in my top 10 (or 20), but they are underrated by people on this board who immediately throw the meaningless "emo" tag on them.

I like TBS too, their first two albums were great, and they put on a pretty good live show. Their most recent album though is pretty bad to me, i havent been able to get into it, it just doesnt sound like TBS
