This probably ain't your style, but my wife got me liking Mana years ago. I saw them live here in Houston a few years ago.

Hehehe, yeah, definitely not my style :P
Check some of the bands I listed, if you sometimes think Mana is too mellow. They are great rock bands.

I think this is the first time an Irishman has mentioned the Pogues. That surprised me. The Pogues are the greatest. I'd kill to see them live.

  • Wow, this is hard. Not a whole lot of great bands for my taste in Finland since I'm not a big fan of the biggest exports like HIM, Nightwish,Children of Bodom, Stratovarius etc. so in order to get 5 i need to include a few that are just ok. Put youtube-links too, since i'm sure just the names wouldn't mean a thing to anyone here.

    1. Kingston Wall

Ok, and from here on it gets more difficult :D

The Band (ok, I know that 4 out of 5 of the guys were from Canada. But Levon Helm is from the USA and they lived and recorded their first album in Woodstock, NY [Big Pink!]. So I think they count as an american band!)
