The Replacements were the best band to emerge from the 80's. If you've never heard them....it is a requirement of life for you to go buy the albums....Let it Be, Tim and Pleased to Meet Me. If you like those go ahead and buy the rest of their catalog. They were an extraordinary band, especially given the fact that the mainstream world doesn't even have an inkling that they ever existed. Paul Westerberg is one of the greatest lyricists in music history. Did I mention that I like the Replacements? Enjoy.

U2 is a given....The Unforgettable Fire and The Joshua Tree are both 80's masterpieces.

These cuts are leaving creases. Trace the scars to fit the pieces, to tell the story, you don't need to say a word.
