Thought the album was really boring and bland. X&Y grew a lot on me, I really enjoy that album now... of course it doesn't beat Parachutes nor A Rush of Blood, but it's good... but Viva La Vida has the title song and Violet Hill that are good... everything else just seems the same.
I couldn't agree more. Parachutes and A Rush Of Blood To The Head are solid all the way through. X&Y grew on me as well, but I still pick and choose with that album.

Exactly. I've listened to it a few times too, and nothing really seems to be better a second or third time around. Maybe after a few more times i'll here something I missed.
