is there ANYONE who DOESN'T like Led Zeppelin

i was thinking this is one band everyone likes - young, old, male, female, hip hop kids, you name it.....

there are people who don't like Pearl Jam for one reason or another ("eddie vedder is such a poser")

or maybe not everyone likes Metallica ("too loud")

or Bob Dylan ("great lyrics, awful voice")

or Dave Matthews ("too many frat boy lacrosse players at the shows").......

but is there ANYONE who DOESN'T like Led Zeppelin????

    Me for one. I used to, now I get nothing out of them. Just not my thing anymore. Plant always kind of annoyed me too (sorry eMMi).

    I've always liked a few songs (mostly album tracks, not the popular ones) but I've never really been able to call myself a fan. My sister loves them, so growing up I heard pretty much all their music. Give me Black Sabbath :)

    I have mixed feelings on Zep, to be honest. I think that they are amazing musicians, and I really appreciate/admire them. But I am not a big fan of the band itself. Don't get me wrong, I own a lot of Zeppelin records and am aware that they are great musicians. But they're definitely not in my top 10. I can see why most people like them though.

    Back when I was in high school, I thought Zeppelin was the gods of rock. I knew a few people that absolutely hated Zeppelin because of Plants voice. I don't listen to them nearly as much as I did ten years ago. Now ,I really have to be in the right mood to listen to them. I guess I just listened to them so much in high school that I kind of got burnt out.

    But, they're alright in my book.

    I like most every band that is similar to Zepelin, from the same era, was influenced by them ,etc.


    But for whatever reason... I have just never liked them... at all.
    All the rusted signs, we ignore throughout our lives, choosing the shiny ones instead...

    (1) i am definitely not one of them- led zep are the masters of rock n roll!
    (2) those who dont have no idea what good music is, and need a wake up call

    I don't dislike them, but they probably don't crack my top 50 bands. If I even listen to that many. :p

    Oh my, I can't believe that man could annoy anyone, he's the most amazing frontman ever to grace a rock an roll band, and even now, after all the success with Zepp he continues to push himself for the sake of what he loves doing, rather than monetary gain...he's a gentleman and a scholar jamie...how could you...how could you ???????:(
