  • Start by kissing my ass
I'll start by rubbing your balls
  • Oh, now I just thought of the My Mum Song by Derek and Clive, one of the all time greats (Peter Cook and Dudley Moore's alter egos, for those who don't know). It's one of the filthiest, most offensive and downright funniest songs ever written. :D

But you'll have to google for the lyrics, I don't wanna get banned. :D

"I was in heaven, I was in hell
Believe in neither but fear em as well"

from Doin the Cockroach by Modest Mouse

    "Large fingers pushing paint
You're God and you've got big hands
The colors blend, The challenges you give man
Seek my part, devote myself, my small self
like a book amongst the many on the shelf"

    from Sometimes by PJ
"Stunned by my own reflection, It's looking back, sees me too clearly and I swore I'd never go there again, Not unlike a friend that politely drags you down, down, down"

When you see me on the street, yell out "FAVO!!!"

I've been to alot of Pearl Jam shows; So fucking what.
  • im listening to some stevie wonder today

Music is a world within itself
With a language we all understand
    With an equal opportunity
For all to sing, dance and clap their hands
But just because a record has a groove
Don't make it in the groove
But you can tell right away at letter A
When the people start to move

    wake up and live:
"Life is one big road with lots of signs,

Pearl Jam has a lot of good ones. In addition to the ones already mentioned I like these:

Ah, is there room for both of us? Both of us apart?
Are we bound out of obligation? Is that all we've got?
I get the words and then I get to thinking.
I don't want to think, I want to feel.
    And how do I feel?

I felt the earth on a Monday
    It moved beneath my feet

    Restless soul, enjoy your youth
    Like Muhammad hits the truth
Can't escape from the common rule
If you hate something, don't you do it too

Winded is the sailor...drifting by the storm...
Wounded is the organ he left all...bloodied on the shore...
Gorgeous was his savior, sees her...drowning in his wake...
Daily taste the salt of her tears, but...a chance blamed fate...

    As well as:
There must be some kind of way out of here
Said the joker to the thief
    There's too much confusion
    I can't get no relief
(All Along the Watchtower - Dylan)

And a couple from the Beatles:

Is there anybody going to listen to my story
All about the girl who came to stay? (more in the way John sings them than the words themselves)

    He's a real nowhere man
    Sitting in his nowhere land
Making all his nowhere plans for nobody

When I wake up early in the morning
Lift my head, I'm still yawning
When I'm in the middle of a dream
    Stay in bed, float upstream

here's a few robert hunter lyrics, sung by jerry. we still miss ya jerry.

    black muddy river:
"When the last rose of summer pricks my finger
And the hot sun chills me to the bone
When I can't hear the song for the singer
And I can't tell my pillow from a stone"

    ripple:
"If my words did glow with the gold of sunshine
And my tunes were played on the harp unstrung
Would you hear my voice come through the music
Would you hold it near as it were your own?"

    stella blue:
    "All the years combine
    they melt into a dream
    A broken angel sings
    from a guitar
In the end there's just a song
    comes crying like the wind
    through all the broken dreams
    and vanished years"

    the wheel:
    "The wheel is turning
    and you can't slow down
    You can't let go
    and you can't hold on
    You can't go back
    and you can't stand still
If the thunder don't get you
    then the lightning will"

Good call on the Robert Hunter. He is one of the greatest (in my opinion) lyricists ever.

"Plaque on the wall says that no one's slept here
It's rare to come upon a bridge that has not been around
    Or been stepped on
Whatever the notion, we laced in our prayers
The man upstairs is used to all of this noise
    I'm through with screaming"

    "Darth Vader would say 'Impressive'."
