BUMP because the duck waddled his way into my dream last night. We were chatting it up, laughing, joking....good times.
We were at a PJ show. He was out in the audience talking to me before they hit the stage. Wtf? haha. We were acting like the bestest of friends...all slapping each others knee when we'd laugh about stuff...just being all cute and friendly. I was asking him about GHOST & OTHER SIDE. He was saying how they don't play Ghost that often cuze it doesn't seem to be a crowd pleaser. :rolleyes: I was trying to convince him otherwise. He said they had thought about busting it out atleast once this time around and that he'd pass on the message to the guys that they definitely should. When I told him my dreeeeam song to see live was OTHER SIDE he just smiled and said "aaaahhhhh". Keeping me on the edge of seat! He wouldn't tell me a damn thing the little tease. BUT his face was implying that the dream was already in the works. He told me I'd have to "wait and see..." hehe. That I will...indeed!!
Anyways, thanks for droppin by my dream Stoney...my little friend. Felt so real. I love that! You ROCK it like no other. I'll be lookin forward to GHOST & OTHER SIDE.

As a guitar player for nearly ten years, I'm consistently amazed at that man's abilities. His playing is so friggin' dynamic. He knows his instrument...
AND he writes these songs that move along in such a way so that a lot happens in a short period, you know? A great example of this is the 1st song off Bayleaf. It takes you all over the place in about 4 minutes. Thin Air is another great example...
Yep, Mike gets the credit for showmanship and the "holy shit!"-ness of his playing, but Stone is every bit as good as Mike, just less flashy...

our 2003 campaign was ALL for STONE and we made sure he got A LOT of LOVE at every single show we attended. Hell, he got a lot of the love @ MSG..he was just grinning from ear to ear all night!!:)
