Hello Alice In Chains fans,
The band will be playing a FREE show tomorrow night at Seattle's Moore Theater.
It promises to be one of those once-in-a-lifetime shows and everyone here at AliceInChains.com is very excited about it.
To get tickets all you have to do is show up at the Moore box office. The staff there will start giving out tickets at 6:00pm PST today so try to get over there as soon as possible if you want one.
The Moore box office is located at: 1932 Second Avenue, Seattle WA. Tickets are limited to two per person. This is a general admission, all-ages show.
Also, everyone who can should stop by AliceInChains.com tonight at midnight PST.

exactly........was working in Eatonville of all places last evening and couldn't make it to the Moore and was thinking I'd miss out on a historic occasion.....but now!!!!!!!!!!!YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hope you enjoy this as much as i think we will
Right on! I was in Woodinville, myself... at the time it was announced on the radio I knew there was no way I'd make it all the way down there in time.

We all miss Layne. The band misses Layne. For most of us, we move on and get on with life. I'd rather have Layne singing than not, but since that is not an option, I'd rather have the band playing their music than not.

Me, too! My timing was awful, and I missed an opportunity that popped up while I wasn't by the computer. But I'm very happy for the people who got to go to this special show. It should be memorable.

hehe. No worries long road walker. I was SO close to seeing AIC it sickens me. :( They were suppose to open for Metallica but they cancelled last minute cuze Layne was having "problems". :( So close. To know that I can currently have the chance of seeing/hearing the remaining 3 warms my heart & soul and gives me hope.

They played 16 songs, not sure of the entire setlist but I know they hit Junkhead, Man in the Box, Rooster (w/Ann Wilson of Heart), they closed with Angry Chair. I'll have the entire setlist within the hour...
Anyhow, it was LOUD & LOUDER awesome stuff, great to see them in their hometown in a familiar venue. The new singer was on, did a great job singing in his voice and NOT imitating Layne. As mentioned earlier Kim Thayil did 1 song with the band; Chris DiGarmo of Queensryche did 4 songs with the guys; then Duff McKeagan did 4 songs as well.
All in all a great time!
