Ed is a member of PJ..

    No shit? I mean, really?

My point was that Ed could play his solo material for a full set and then Pearl Jam (including that singer-guy, Ed whatshisname) could play afterwards.

Perhaps that's the April Fools part of the tour.

Well, a full set of Ed's solo stuff wouldn't necessarily be 16-18 songs like a true Pearl Jam show.

Maybe it'd be a PJ encore at the Ed shows? We're getting way ahead of the birdy at this point...

Well, if the whole band comes out for encore and yells out April Fools (at which point my heart exploads!) It has to happen on April 1st,

And it has to happen once,

    otherwise it's just lame

    (Showbox, anyone??)

The strength of an April Fools joke is that people don't see it coming.

Nightly surprise appearances don't exactly fit that profile, but if you thought you were buying tickets to Ed's show and then got a full PJ performance it would appear as though you had been fooled (in a good way).

  • My thoughts are probably with the following:

Ed, April Fools East Coast tour dates.

Pearl Jam, Summer Festival tour dates.

    Bootlegs

    New Album news

yet another supposed exclusive 10Club thingy...
Things were different then. All is different now.
    I tried to explain...

I am a longtime message pit stalker and finally decided to join the fun.

I am really hoping this tweet will be about shows. I would love to go to Bonnaroo but as a college student I won't be able to afford the trip from MD. Would be nice if PJ would play at the Virgin Festival, but I doubt that.

    fuckin' A+
Down the street you can hear her scream youre a disgrace
As she slams the door in his drunken face
    And now he stands outside
And all the neighbours start to gossip and drool
He cries oh, girl you must be mad,
What happened to the sweet love you and me had?
Against the door he leans and starts a scene,
And his tears fall and burn the garden green

I can bet that is a mini tour in South America, just like in 2005.

I remember as it was today... a famous song of a brazilian singer, about March-April, starts to play day-by-day about two or three weeks and than the most expected announcement:

    SOUTH AMERICA TOUR!!!!

Bad news everyone. The bird didn't tweet. It only said that there will be a tweet mid next week. So this is only a tweet about a tweet which will then hopefully tell us when we'll actually get relevant information.

You're on the right track, but it's actually going to be at the Tweeter Center in Mansfield, MA instead. :)

I heard July at The Gorge with Eddie (solo) opening up for Pearl Jam. Another 3 1/2 hour show like 2005.

    That's just what i heard.

  • It wouldn't be the Tweeter in Camden, as it's no longer Tweeter. Not to mention how much that venue sucks. They will play the Spectrum again before it gets torn to shreds. I'm sure of it.
