    I booked a room at the Ramada Limited - College Park. It's 86.90 for the night for two double beds / non smoking. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

    I just looked at santa fe cafe's myspace and my favorite boy pat mcgee is playing april 28. I love him! I could pinch him. But I won't. We have tix to see him at ram's head live in march, although I'm on a concert-going hiatus :D

    why do they put 8 p.m. on santa fe's agenda for all bands? that's a lie.

    matt have you ever seen Lionize there? I hated them when I saw them open up for pat mcgee a year ago, but I liked them the second time I saw them with him.

    Yeah none of the hotels are really walkable. They are atleast a mile away, and College Park is ghetto, and it's the middle of February. Not to mention I'm going to be a gimp, so walking would be out of the question for me.

    Ha, yeah. I probably will get weirded out when they play "Seventeen." If I see a bunch of 40 year old men in mullets singing "She's only seventeeeeeeen!" I may get a little disturbed.

    Im hurting....they found I had a bad case of bursitis going on. On top of that, they rounded off the ball and socket joint in my shoulder because it was very jagged and rough. They also inserted new anchors and tightened the muscles in my shoulder to help with the rotation. I havent slept yet because the pain meds have codine in them.....so im getting new ones.

    So im wrapped up for 6 weeks and if I have any problems with my shoulder after this then I will have a major surgery on my shoulder...yikes.

    No problem, I've been through my share of surgeries before. If I actually get the one my doctor wants me to get on my knee, it will be number 7 and my 4th on my knees so I know what you're going through. I've just been grinning and bearing it lately because I don't want to go through a long rehab process again. Of course going to GA concerts and playing in multiple softball leagues probably doesn't help my condition.

    Glad to hear you're doing well and I hope you don't need any further surgery.

    how close is sante fe to the college park metro? prefer to just take the metro there and go home that evening.
    i have a friend that waitresses there. shes kind of a skank so you guys are more than welcome to have your way. haha.
