I’ve seen them 3x and musically they are on point but the vocals were always rough

Have you seen the more than once?  I find they're a bit more like u2.. they can do good shows, but they also have some pretty "meh" shows.   That being said I haven't seen them in almost 19 years.

Lolla '92 - Short, but great

Vancouver '96 - Pretty Good

L.A. New Years Eve '99 - Amazeballs!!

Vancouver '00 - Pretty bad, looked completely lathargic compared to the openers (Foo Fighters)

Seattle '00x2 (opening for PJ) - Fucking great.   They played for an hour, so no filler, all greatness.

Out of the 5 times I saw them I saw them have one bad show... that's no horrible.  I'd say U2 has 2 bad shows from the 5 i've seen.

Yes, I’ve seen them twice. Reading 1999 and 2007. They were better the first time, but pretty awful the second.
