The wind is blowing cold
Have we lost our way tonight?
Have we lost our hope to sorrow?

Feels like were all alone
Running further from what’s right
And there are no more heroes to follow

So what are we becoming?
Where did we go wrong?

I wish I could put into type what Too Far Down does to me. It takes balls to cover this one. I will now ponder whether or not I would want to hear someone elses take on it.

At the moment I heard Mould do this live, I didn't care if I ever saw a concert again.

"You're no help," he told the lime. This was unfair. It was only a lime; there was nothing special about it at all. It was doing the best it could.

there is no doubt in my mind that jeff buckley doing 'hallelujah' is quite possibly the single most beautiful experience in music.
i have difficulty in remembering that it is actually a cover. he totally owns that song.
i'm also a big fan of:
lemonheads doing 'mrs robinson.' and 'different drum'
the mess hall - 'breed'. which of course you can only hear them do live.
    nirvana - 'lake of fire'
    gram parsons - 'wild horses'
    linda ronstadt - 'tumblin' dice'
travis - 'baby, one more time'
    ryan adams - 'wonderwall'
    hear my name
    take a good look
    this could be the day
    hold my hand
    lie beside me
    i just need to say
