  • How about any of The Black Keys albums. Or any of the Matt Mays albums. Both killer. Add some Joe Strummer, I highly recomend the "Street Core" album. Keep remembering other bands... Kid Dakota. Just killer band out of St. Paul

Check out all the albums I've put on my ipod since last September. There's no Pearl Jam on the list because I already had Pearl Jam before.

I have deleted some of these albums too.

If you like Funk Jams, I highly suggest The Budos Band or Fela Kuti. If that doesn't get your body shaking you have no soul.

Though already said The National, The Holdy Steady and The Black Keys are EXCELLENT additions to The Pod.

What do you have on there? I have a 160GB ipod and only have 4417 songs on it right now. I took off the 400 or so Pearl Jam songs because I was completely sick of Vedder's voice.

    Recommendations:

    The National- Boxer (great album)
Bright Eyes- Four Winds (great song, I haven't heard the album)
Idlewild is a good band. I would recommend 100 Broken Windows to start.

John Frusciante - Shadows Collide With People

Liam Finn - I'll Be Lighning

The Dears - No Cities Left

    Arcade Fire - Funeral
