they're still around. They did break up/went on hiatus like 10 years ago but they announced a few shows this year in the UK. I think one is happening pretty soon  (like next week). Maybe they'll play some new stuff? That's why i was listening to them actually

no i just have their first album and like the one single off their second album. I remember you posted something about that in the Days of the new thread. Would like to listen to his other stuff.

i'll send you a pm so I can get you his other stuff. the second and third album get a bit strange; some orchestra type stuff involved (he now calls himself Maestro Meeks). but the Purple demos I have are kind of a meld of that and the first record.

do you have the G.L.O.W./Superchrist digital single? His drumming on those two tracks, especially the latter, is amazing.

Yeah,  I completely agree,  those are two of my favourite songs.  The quasi-companion (mostly acoustic/softer) American Gothic is great as well,  lol.
