I'm considering going to this, I just heard about it today from a co-worker. Wanted to put the word out there, since I don't think it's been well publicized. :)

Well that should be a good show... and the tickets are fairly reasonable for the Borgata.

Plus you didn't have to check PMs ;)

    And thanks Jen...

Hahahaha....all I can say is, neither one of those Wilson sisters better not try to sing Layne's parts.....There's just something odd about the Wilsons singing "All I Wanna Do Is Make Love To You" into "Junkhead"!!!!!

He did sing them, but he had someone with him singing his parts if I remember correctly. Last time I saw him was over 3 years ago. I heard one of the Wilsons will help out on the AIC stuff.

TM says this show is at the Trump Taj Mahal, not the Borgata. This show I will definitely go to- I suppose you mean Joe was supposed to tell me? I found out from one of my co-workers today, I almost had a heart attack when she told me!!

Seriously, I've been a huge AIC fan since I was 14... 9 years I've waited for this!!!

I have been a huge fan too....since 1993!!!! I'm excited about it, but not real exicted about the Heart part! Do you remember who sang with Jerry? I'm not sure how I feel about the Wilsons' singing AIC, but I might have to go anyway! I have seen a show at Taj Mahal before...If I remember correctly, it's a lot bigger than the Borgata, but I really might be remembering the wrong venue!

Umm I'll probably get yelled at for this. But hope you guys realized that this is a night for Heart... so I have a feeling that AIC will be covering a Heart song and not really going into any of their material. Just my opinion but seems kinda reasonable since VH1 has done the same kind of thing recently down in AC for Cyndi Lauper....

I think they may but only probably two songs at the most.. since I think that's what the Hooters did for the Cyndi Lauper thing. But I wouldn't bet on any of it...

Not sure.. think they sung their own and then did one with Cyndi that they one of the Hooters had either written or written with her.

But seems like Scott Weiland did all three songs with her so who knows

Rob Hyman of The Hooters co-wrote Time After Time and won a grammy for it with Cindi Lauper. He also arranged Girls Just Wanna Have Fun and She Bop.

I used to be a big Hooters fan growing up. Nervous Night was the first cassette I ever bought.
