'96 + '98 Ames posters for sale,...

for my fellow poster hounds, i have a couple of Ames posters available for sale:
a '96 Istanbul and a '98 Mansfield. i'm in the middle of trying to close out a couple of deals with different poster traders/sellers and this will help free up funds which are heavily invested in these posters. these aren't cheap posters to begin with, and their conditon (Near Mint/Immaculate) warrented the price paid for them. i don't want things to get out of hand, so,...

if you're in the market for either of these posters, and you're seriously interested in discussing a fair price (keep in mind more than a fair price is sunk into them already) feel free to send me a PM and we can discuss from there. this isn't eBay, so i'm not looking to go back and forth indefinitely. if you're looking to invest in the BEST possible examples of these 2 posters and deal with a SERIOUS collector you're more than welcome to contact me.

    Though I can't possibly afford the Mansfield, I did recently see it on Ebay and it a great poster! If I had the free cash I would definitely pick that one up to add to the Boston ocean theme.

    Good luck selling. That Mansfield is a beauty. Too bad I don't have the funds for it.

    I have this, its one of the finest I have seen, cant belive it hasnt been snapped up yet.

    as a heads up to all, I paid $450 about 4 months ago for it....signed and numbered 29/850 so maybe use that as a barometer,

    to be honest, as per my previous PM discussions with potential buyers who contacted me, i mentioned that i would be comfortable selling the '98 Mansfield for $500. obviously, this is more than you paid for it so the price barometer equation doesn't really come into play BUT $500 is 2/3 of what i paid for the '98 Mansfield,...

    I would love the Mansfield 98. I actually bought one for about $175.00 in 2006, but it is bent and has pin holes.

    My buddy who went with me also is looking for it. A really nice one sold this week on ebay for about $375.00. It had a couple really small blemishes.

    Good luck Pacer. I know you are a good collector. Hope you get your price. You might be better off putting it up as a buy it now on eBay.

    Hey,

    Let me be real clear on this, $500 is an excellent price and if I didnt have it I'd have jumped all over this by now.

    Anyone who wats it should grab it now as far as I'm concerned. This looks awesome ina frame. The one I got at $450 did have a tiny nick on one side so cannot be called mint, its not far off but I'd have given 50 bucks more to make it perfect. The nick is about an eigth of an inch on mine....and totally behind a matt but I know its there.....the reason i took it being that it was numbered so low (not that it really matters either)!!!!

    If no one takes it, take it to ebay, it'll sell no trouble for the right price.....
