When I worked in retail as a teen I would carry it around and use it while talking with customers about buying $18 CDs.

My thoughts exactly. I have days at work I can use it too. Depending on my assignment. So geeked. Lol. Ordering almost all my xmas gifts Friday - then gift cards. Then we'll see what's left lol. My husband always gets pissed when I get stuff cuz my bday is right after xmas but oh well why break tradition now lol! I always just ask for a trip to guitar center anyways - love to just look around.

All starts somewhere. I started out on a Tascam 4-track tape back in 2001. It's fun going back and hearing my development and improvement as a player.

When I was in high school and playing with my first band, none of us could afford proper recording gear. We used to plug a pair of headphones into the microphone jack on my friends boom box to use as a microphone. Lesson learned? It sounded like shit but it worked and it allowed us to listen to ourselves on tape.

I fully intend to do this when I can play more than Black and Elderly. Damn Stone and his sick rythm on Daughter - at least I can figure out the tuning

There are other non PJ songs I would love to learn to play but ultimately I love PJ more and want to learn those more right now.

I am not learning songs right now tho. Working on practice routines to build strength in my fingers and chord changes. Newbie here!

Finally got new strings on the other day - I'll only go when Matt is there :how_interesting: haha just joking he's very nice and doesn't treat me like some newbie girl coming in the store.

I had Matt put on some Martin Silk and Steel as posted by mccreadyisgod. Excellent advice!

Not quite uninterrupted but I'll take it!

Well I have a long weekend I think next week, maybe I'll cook one up for ya

I was thinking that maybe I'll do a project over the summer where I cover an entire concert, like I did the album. That would require a lot of time and a lot of space on my phone/camera so idk how that would go.
