    I know this has been mentioned somewhere in this thread, but dont really feel like searching through it right now. Does anyone have a reasonably priced portfolio to hold posters that they can recommend? Time to get all my posters out of the tubes...

    These are great. I have 2.

    Yeah, I'd probably need the 24 x 36 holder since a lot of my posters are bigger. You guys think something like one of the links below would work and use some acid-free paper I think it is to separate the posters?

    That is what I have used for years. Works good but hard to see what you've got....
    Yeah, I think I'm going to try something like this. The other thing with the individual sheets to store the poster in sounds great, but pretty damn expensive just for storage.

    Finally got this one done. Spawn was the only comic book I've really ever gotten into. Buddy showed me Spawn #2 back around 1992-1993 and it was amazing. Still have issues #1- #35 or so. McFarlane is definitely my favorite artist. Was impossible to find a green matting that matched, which is what I've been searching for over a year now, so I settled for the red, but the frame is perfect. Has distressed silver and black metal on it that goes very well with the armor.

    Got my Moline ap back last night from Michaels. I didn't want my ticket in the frame...wanted something more simple. I can't make up my mind if the green matte is bothering me though. Seems a bit loud for my living room. Wondering if I should have done the light brown like a few others I've seen? I could always change it someday I guess.

    Love the green matting, much different from the others I've seen.

    I've had the '96 Charlotte, just don't think I've ever taken a pic, the other two I just framed myself yesterday.

    "PJ Corner" in my home office. I have several others scattered around the house. I've been using wholesaleposterframes.com. Made in CT, they do custom cuts at affordable prices. Frames are anodized aluminum and covers are UV plexiglass, so they are very lightweight.

    Hey everyone, I have been reading through this thread to get some ideas for a signed Milwaukee poster that I recently won in a charity auction for the EB Foundation....and I am absolutely blown away by how awesome everyone's displays are! My new poster is at the frame shop now, so I'll upload photos here when I get it back....hopefully it looks half as good as some of the displays I have seen in this thread!<br />
    <br />
    In the meantime, though, I'm also looking for some ideas on how to best store and/or display signed books. As part of the same charity auction, I also have a couple of books signed by the band....and I'm not sure of the best way to display them or keep them in tip-top condition. Since the books are signed on the inside, I don't think I can simply place them in a shadow-box display. Here's an example of where they are signed:<br />
    <br />
    So with that said, does anyone have any examples or ideas for something like this?<br />
    <br />
    Thanks for any feedback!!

    I framed the Uke songs book which was signed on the inside.......

    I second the motion. Was thinking about using the blue with a red frame. Gonna be the first one I go all out with and use setlist/wristband/Jeff pick I caught at my first GA show.

    Not exactly a framed poster, but posters are involved. I built this to hold CDs/magazines and my amp. The wood that I used wasn't the greatest, so I decided to distress it. The Ames book went on sale for $15, so I thought I would cover it in mini posters and distress them.

    Has anyone tried putting the Milwaukee 14 in a standard 18x24 frame? I purchased a nice one this week and when I went to put it in there, the print seemed a little too wide and tall. I measured it, and it was a little over. I guess that just means I have to do a custom frame job (my first of about 12 posters), which is awesome, just was interested to see if anyone else had the same issue.

    I don't recall the exact dimensions, but the Milwaukee 2014 poster is a bit bigger than a standard 18x24 frame. I just got my Milwaukee 2014 poster back from the frame shop:

    I am getting the 2014 Saint Paul poster framed right now, and then the 2014 Saint Louis poster framed next.

    That looks good. I see you are from Rockford also. I'm from the area. Where do you get your framing done, and if you don't mind what do you normally pay? I probably won't want anything fancy, decent frame and maybe 1 level of matting. I only know of Michael's but I haven't really looked around either. I have this Milwaukee and a Chicago 06 that is a bit unconventional to get framed as well.

    Thanks for the complement on the poster and framing. I like the simple black framing so the art does the talking.

    Hobby Lobby does multiple levels of matting. I usually pay around $70 for my posters for framing and glass. It cost a bit more when I got the PJ20 Klausen poster framed.
