stone was on fire last night. his tone this tour is unreal. ed seemed pissed off all night about something and few times i saw him glaring at his tech and trying to get his attention. i wonder how one gets a job as a tech with pj. damn that would be a cool job
Way to slide the salt in the wound with hitting a show on this tour! :-)

damn both mansfield shows were awesome. last night 'who you are', 'satans bed', 'wash', stone sucking on cow boobies, and mikes playing in garden was unreal. He was going off. the whole night was so great. they are still rocking it out like they are in their 20's. amazing energy.
....and now the wait begins again till next time. ed said, 'see you next year'. hells yes!!!! hope so!

So it looks like the SVT was there as well this tour.

Stone's board is so different! I can make out an Electro-Harmonix Nano pedal but I can't work out what it is. Looks like there's a lot of boutique stuff going on.
EDIT: And an Eventide Modfactor.
Cool pics. Those Line 6 Green Delay Modelers have become very popular with lots of touring pros.
Anybody know where Mike puts his Marshall heads? Are they rack mounted somewhere?
Mike has his plexi and a savage 100 watt combo next to his tech. no more trentino...been this way since 2007 euro tour...mike wanted a more marshall flavor.

Cool... I was looking for them but couldn't spy em.
Big green box on Stone's hasn't been identified on GTW since it first appeared on the board.
Paco- That Big Red Box is a dual A/B Switcher (Clean dirty amp switch).
Those line 6's delays break so much but I played an older model that was encased in metal instead of plastic. I'd really like to get it (being sold at 150).
Why did Mike get rid of the Trentinos? His sound DID sound a lot weaker in '05/'06

i like that stone is still using the ibanez fl-305 - i think he gets a great flanging sound and knows how to use it perfectly (insignificance, inside job, etc)
Mike got rid of the trentinos to be more straightforward with his sound and mix, instead of really dialing in what tones he wanted. he wanted more of that classic marshall grit.
Nice Lehle switcher on stones board, the big red box on the top level, not sure what it's for though.
thanks for sharing the pics.
Possible a replacement for the '69 fuzz he was using. Don't think I see it on the board anymore, could be wrong. Even the reissue scramblers are suppose to sound really good. The next album I might try some fuzz's out on bass. Just a touch of course.

Didn't Stone have a Klon in '06? that's gone.... Don't see a SD-9 either, which i thought had never really left.
Stone still rules............those pics were great.
cheers
Yeah, Stone had the Klon in '06 but that's the only time I saw it on his board. As for the SD-9, they never really had a picture of that on his board (though I do remember seeing the TS9DX or whatever for awhile.

Is that a Digitech Whammy on Mike's board?! I'm pretty surprised about that! Wonder what he uses it for..
There's a discussion on this topic, haha. It WAS on Jeff's for a while, which I have no idea what it'd be used for.

tharvey13 posted some pics from the DC show. There's a couple good ones that capture Stone and Mike's peddle boards.
