Is it safe to assume the dates will be 9/25-9/27?  I was thinking of booking my hotel.  I've never been.  PJ or not, 2026 is the year for me.

    Is it possible to find a local hotel that offers free cancellations and book multiple weekends?

    Be careful booking at the best western. Last year when I tried to cancel a week out they said they had a no cancellation policy for ohana weekend. I raised holy hell to get out of it, but something to keep in mind.

    Marriott-there is a Courtyard 1.5 miles away and the Laguna Cliffs Resort is right next to the venue.  They have been really good with cancellations...I have them booked for last weekend in September and first weekend in October (Ohana Encore Part 2?).....

    Generally the terms for cancellation are disclosed when you book the rate.  Take a screen shot if you have a doubt about your ability to cancel later on.

    I booked the residence in Dana point for 4 nights last weekend in September. Most of the suites were sold out. Thinking they are reserved for the shows. 
    Looks like about a mile from venue. Maybe less.

    I usually book multiple AirBnBs that allow free cancelation and then decide closer to the show dates which one to stay in. 
    It's a hopeless situation...
