Help Needed With A Reeenk Roink

I recently purchsaed a Reeenk Roink from the former owner of Fallout Records in Seattle.

I am trying to identify who wrote on the cover. Anybody know this handwriting?

That looks like one of Jeff's covers. 

Jeff did make the vast majority of the covers, with only a few Ed examples having shown up over time

Never seen this one before - very cool acquisition and a nice variant on the more common circular reeenk roink writing
