In a legal context, a rapist is a type of sex offender, but not all sex offenders are rapists.

For example, a person convicted of rape is both a rapist and a sex offender, but someone convicted of a lesser offense is a sex offender, but not a rapist.

I’m aware of the legal terminology that varies state to state. I guess I never expected to be discussing what typology of sex offender our
president fits into.

It is very fake. First, it doesn't look like a California license plate, though it is a very blurry image. And secondly, does anyone actually think that Kammie Harris would run as Greasy Gavin's vice president? Ha ha ha. I've gotta say though, as far as that truck is concerned, the Oscar Wilde quote that "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery that mediocrity can pay to greatness" is so true!
