You subconsciously voted garbage, because it is in fact garbage.

Would work well if it was for a news site, that had less than 10 articles to read daily with no end-user activity.

But for an interactive user experience with hundreds of new threads each month, sometimes each week....garbage.

Hot garbage. It has potential, but I need some visual customization options or I'm going to have to write a plugin to make me want to come back.

I just hope it is someone's idiot nephew that did these changes for free ... I would hate to think part of our membership fee went to an outside firm to create this ... garbage

I prefer the old look. Too much clutter. Harder to skim the thread topics.

I’m mixed. Some nice things, some problems. The zoom is obviously a problem.

Remove the two-line preview text under each topic. It's completely unnecessary and just takes up space.

This would make a big difference. Tighten up the spacing and the preview of the first post doesn’t really add any value especially when it’s an old thread. If it could show the first unread post that would be better but no preview would be best.

So after the issue with just dealing with change these are the issues that remain for me:

    1) I have to zoom to like 80%...wth
    2) I had to remove people signatures...the text was the same size as the posts and took up way more space
    3) The info I want is there....are there new posts, who made last post....but it's so small due to the need to zoom AND the craziness that is the preview text of the thread
    4) That banner.  Whenever I navigate to a new page I am having to instantly scroll down as a picture of PJ takes over my screen. Not safe for work ;)
    5) Do I really need to scroll all the way to the top to find the zoomed small "home" to navigate to a different main forum area?  Use to have the list on the left which was so much easier.

The new format definitely needs a bit of work...maybe they can take our complaints as feedback and make some further improvements.

I miss the notifications on the mobile version too.  I have to click into my profile pic for these, unless i'm missing something?  But predominantly I find it's the expanded spacing that makes it less user-friendly, with the first post preview that really isn't needed.
