    Harvard is free to set its own curriculum.

     This has nothing to do with Nazi Germany. The difference is, they have to fund it themselves through student tuition, which is the American way. Interesting that the socialists would not understand that. What’s wrong with re-examining how much of your tax dollars, assuming you pay American taxes, go to subsidize billionaire universities, and their foreign students, before we give them your money?

    so subsidizing billionaire job creators with tax cuts is bad (it is) but spending billions to subsidize billionaire universities is good, right? It’s very difficult to understand the liberal logic.

    I’ve read elsewhere that for every $1 of taxpayer money given to universities, society receives $8 in return. These links partly explain how it works in the real world and not how you think it is or wish it to be. But go ahead and tell us again how universities are ripping us off and should just pay for it themselves.
