I really like his style I wish he could have done one for Nashville or Pittsburgh.
His 2015 Global Citizens poster is one of my favorites of my posters.

If this didn’t say “trans” stockman shirt would anyone know? I’m I missing something?
Trans flag as the logo colors.
Did not know they had a flag.  Now I know.

I have a feeling Pitt merch is going to be a bloodbath. Hope I'm wrong

I'll argue Ascension is. You had to be in a PJ poster group to get this one.

Dont worry everyone, I found the merch line, haha, I was at the wrong tunnel. D'oh! Still got in line around 8:30, though
Lot of people lined up that early ?

If these are the best examples, it's apples and oranges compared to the Nashville. Eddmenson had used the exact same image on at least two other pieces. Pendleton has a style kinda like when you know immediately you're looking at a Burwell.

One can certainly not care about repurposing a design but these are two different things.

Pearl Jam is playing in Raleigh, NC tonight and Don Pendleton created the official poster for the event! Check the image in the comments for some words from Don on his inspiration for the poster art. Thanks as always to TSURT for the opportunity and taking care of the artists they work with!

We'll have an allotment signed/numbered by Don in the coming weeks so please stay tuned if you aren't able to grab one at the show tonight!

Someone posted on the Raleigh thread but wanted to put here too — heads up that the merch stands on 100 level have everything but the ones upstairs only have dm tour stuff (no raleigh or event specific).

a bunch of people got burned yesterday because venue staff told them “300 level merch stand has no line”. They left the 100 level line and went up only to realize no event specific stuff

The NC plates on ebay are $150-200, this is fucking ridiculous. I get in line basically 4 hours before merch opens this morning and still didnt get one.

Seems like prices on everything on this leg are insanely high. Inexcusable to stand in line for 4 hours and not be able to get a goddamn license plate. They probably cost no more than a quarter to produce.

I have gotten into a lot of merch things (posters of course, and stickers) but man am I glad I made a decision not to do tokens. I haven't been to any shows on this leg, but went to six last year and they were a pain then too. I don't need that kind of stress. It's not like they would add tokens for the previous 30 years of shows either. I can sort of get if it's your first show or something like that, but the popularity is crazy. Good marketing I guess.

Yikes, I was planning to be in line by 10am for the merch in Pitt. Not willing to line up any earlier than that, so may have to temper any expectations for limited merchandise. 🫤

Man I loved the tokens. Such a cool and easy merch item. Weird they are making so few of them. But since getting shut out at both Raleigh shows (I was early into the arena tonight too!) I think I’m over it. Didn’t have a problem getting them last year. Oh well, posters are my first love and will just stay that way

That being said, if anyone has an extra token for either Raleigh shows, shoot me a dm, please! ;)
