    Chemtrails.  My father worked as an aeronautical engineer for a major commercial airline for almost 25 years.  He talked about contrails (aka condensation trails, aka vapor trails) a few times, but talking about the chemtrail conspiracy theory. would have been a waste of his time.  He would never have lowered himself to do that.  It amazes me that this conspiracy theory has held so much traction for so long. Pure bunk.

    -Courtney having Kurt killed (That Soaked In Bleach doc makes a good-enough case for a conspiracy theory)
    -Obama having his chef killed (Who drowns while paddle boarding?) 
    -Jeffrey Epstein's suicide (Obviously) 
    -Moon landing as a hoax (Getting astronauts through that Van Allen radiation belt seems pretty risky)
    -Twin towers were brought down demolition-style (Building 7 wasn't hit with a plane, but collapsed in a similar manner as the ones that did)

    The one I give the most credence to is Epstein. He was totally killed by someone. The one I give the least credence to is the moon landing hoax (because I want to believe it really happened).

    Neither. I took it as name some conspiracy theories you like, and put why the conspiracy theory may exist in the first place. For the Obama conspiracy theory, the theory is that paddle-boarding is a very strange way to drown, the chef was writing a tell-all book at the time of his death, and a chef for Clinton and Bush died of drowning in 2015. Does any of this indicate that Obama had his chef killed? No. That's why it's a conspiracy theory.

    • I want to believe: All evidence shows that Paul Wellstone was not murdered but I've always wondered...
    • I do believe: Government personnel took money from sugar/processed food to put out ridiculous food pyramid and that the government and the people who grease their pockets want us fat and sick.
    • Pretty much proven: Automakers did what they could to destroy the US transit system and push us into the level of auto-dependence we have.
    • I'm cynical enough to believe but think it would be leaked, so get the hell out: There's a cure for cancer that's hidden (provided to the elite) and not being released because there's too much money in cancer treatment. See also, the Stonecutters holding back the electric car.
    • I mean, isn't it obvious: The NBA draft lottery was created to get Patrick Ewing to New York. Less certain: The frozen envelope to make it happen.
    • Get the fuck out (Particular to my field): "15-Minute-Cities are meant to force you where they want you to live." LOL. You can have freedom without spending 90 minutes a day in a car.

    100%. I mean, when it comes to conspiracy, you first usually look at the motive. Whenever I’ve asked a flat earther what could possibly be the motive for agencies to lie about the shape of the planet, it’s usually a “well…well…it’s about CONTROL, MAN”. It’s absurd.

    Went to the PJ show in Fort Worth 2 years ago and headed to Dealey Plaza the day before. There is no way Oswald acted alone.  If you go to the window he was in in the Book Depository he would have had a clear show of JFK coming towards him but waited until they made the turn and shot from behind.  No way.  Never believed Oswald acted alone.  Feel the new theory that the final kill shot came from the secret service's gun in the front seat accidently going off is most likely the truth.

    i would say im quite cynical about the moon landing.  i want to believe but i find the idea of having the technology to go to the moon and back over 50 years ago, while current technology companies are celebrating but getting folks into orbit around the earth.  suspicious.

    also the smiley face killer. haven't heard much about it recently but I know in the late 90s early 2000s it was a conspiracy theory about young men being killed near water ways and killer would leave a smiley face graffiti in the area.  there was a young man killed about 20 miles from my house that was part of the conspiracy theory when he was found dead near a creek after coming out of a bar late one winter night.  

    two NBA ones.   David Stern had the envelope with the Knicks marked so he ensured Patrick Ewing ending up in New York.  And this weekend Adam Silver orchestrated the Luka Doncic to the Lakers trade because tv ratings are tanking in the NBA
