I have no history of having big-time-important jobs. I have no history with the military. I would be totally unfit for secretary of defense.

But I say with 100% confidence, I would not show one one-hundredth of the level of dangerous incompetence this guy is showing. It's almost like the incompetence is an intentional part of the package; "nothing matters as long as you show total devotion."

Frankly, I think the very fact that you recognize that you're not fit to do the job already makes you more qualified than Pete Hegseth. Any decent, patriotic human, when offered such an important job, would pause and ask themselves if they were even remotely qualified before accepting the role.

agreed....there is a financial advisor in my hood that reminds me of Hegseth....or Hegseth reminds me of him I guess. The bouncing while he talks, always looking you right in the eye then looking away then back again. Hyper ADD type personality just bouncing all over the place.
