It's rather strange that we never got a Psst from @Santos L. Halper about this release.
  • I guess this was more of a limited run than I thought. Hopefully it goes back in stock at some point.
  • Wow out of stock eh? That's amazing news for the potential for more of Pearl Jam's catalogue in surround to see a physical disc/lossless release. Hope they'll also put this back in print, the demand is clearly there.

Apparently shipping labels were printed a while ago and many have not gone out yet. Mine showed a label printed on Dec 2 and the tracking still shows that it hasn't been picked up by UPS yet. I inquired with the Ten Club since it's been over two weeks and they confirmed this.

I hope they do release all the albums now on Blu-ray
  • Mine was shipped today.  Looking forward to getting it.  And I agree.  We need all the albums on Blu-ray.  Maybe just not all at once for the sake of my wallet...

Next year they should release a Blu-ray a week or two before the albums anniversary release.

The same thing happened with the PJ 20 Deluxe Blu ray back in the day.

More from the first edition of the DVD & Blu-ray run went back in stock. Later they reissued it in a different packaging. I was able to pick up another Blu-ray & DVD PJ20 Deluxe Edition, first run, when they went back in stock.

  • If they keep doing US$22 for an album on Blu-ray, I'd gladly order all the albums at once and it would still be 1/10th of what the Pink Floyd Early Years Super Deluxe boxset went for (and I'd save on combined shipping)

    Gimme gimme gimme!

Would love to see both mixes of Ten get the Atmos treatment, a lot of that reverb would work really well being panned up and out via the Atmos channels and reverse for whatever the effect is called where the vocals echo reverse into the line of the song (like the "Captain HiTop the love commander" line from MLB)

It's all good. I wonder if they will save many of these copies and sell them in a cool custom box set.

Box set addicts unite, we got ourselves tonight! Was wondering the exact same thing. Surprised it sold out, didn’t think there was that big a desire for these but it’s a positive surprise.

Looks like my copy will finally arrive tomorrow, by Uni Uni Express here in Canada.
  • I received mine on Christmas Eve.  I played it through my XBox on the 26th.  It sounds awesome.
There is a cool graphic that loops on the TV screen while the disc plays.

  • God this in last night and listened to a couple tracks today, the mix isn't bad but boy it sounds very muffled and congested in places. Corduroy in particular, I was wishing I had a "treble" slider and could jack up the high end, it sounds like it was mastered absolutely flat, or not mastered at all. Comparing to an Atmos Blu-ray like Yello's Point was night and day, the latter so crystal clear.

Nothingman sounds really good mix-wise, just wish it had a little more energy in the high frequencies.
